No Show & Cancellation Policy

At Artistic Hair, our time is very valuable and precious. Our clients are highly important to us
and as professionals we like to insure that each one of our clients receives the utmost possible
service that we can provide for them as they deserve it. As a client at Artistic Hair, with this
policy your services are guaranteed at the time of your appointment.

Extra charges will apply if......
Less then a 24hr. notice is given when canceling an appointment.
No Show or Missed Appointment

The fee for the above is:
1st time is 25%of the service you were scheduled for in our books.
Second time is 50% of the service you were scheduled for in our books .
Third time you will no longer to be able to schedule an appointment walk-in/call-in basis only.
We will contact you either by phone or mail when a fee is owed. By reserving an appointment,
you agree to these terms and conditions.

Deposits..
A Deposit may be required when scheduling for groups or packages. A 50% deposit is will be
held on a credit card to schedule any large appointments. (Ex. Wedding Parties, Extensions,
Straightners)
